Delivery times
Delivery times are always indicative in nature as they are subject to industrial risk. In particular, in the case of customized Products, the Seller assumes no responsibility for failure or delayed delivery of the goods ordered due to failure or delayed delivery of the necessary information by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to proceed with partial deliveries from now on. Any exceeding of the delivery terms by the Seller cannot be the cause of terminating orders in progress, blocking payments, or refusing to collect the goods and will not give the right to claims for damages.
Deliveries are deemed to comply with the orders if the Customer does not immediately notify the carrier of the non-conformity of the goods, without prejudice to the tolerance as provided for by current legislation.

Delivery methods
The Seller is responsible for the goods until they are in the hands of the Customer (new consumer protection law of 14 June 2014).
All complaints regarding the state of the goods upon receipt must be addressed to the Seller within 24 hours following delivery of the goods.
It is agreed that responsibility for the integrity of the Products is transferred to the Customer who signs the acknowledgment of receipt of the Products.
Right of withdrawal pursuant to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/99
The right of withdrawal is governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99. The goods must arrive perfectly intact upon delivery. The right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 3 Legislative Decree 185/99, will not be applicable to customized Products.
